At Sexylovedolls, we provide a transparent and convenient cancellation and return policy to ensure you and all our customers can shop with peace of mind. Your satisfaction is our mission, and if you have any questions, our team is always ready to assist you.

1.Cancellation Policy

Within 4 hours of payment: Full refund
Within 8 hours of payment: 95% refund
Within 24 hours of payment: 80% refund
After 24 hours: Custom orders cannot be canceled as production has already started.

Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment. Custom dolls enter the production phase, and in-stock dolls are prepared for shipping. At this point, materials have been allocated, and costs have been incurred. Therefore, please carefully review your order before submission, as cancellations will not be possible once production begins or after the 24-hour window.

Additional Information About In-Stock Dolls

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you cancel after the order has been shipped, the incurred shipping, labor, and packaging fees will be deducted from your refund.
If the in-stock doll you selected is out of stock, we offer two options: a 100% refund or a free exchange for another doll.

When you choose to exchange for another doll, the price difference will be refunded or adjusted based on the actual situation, and we will also offer additional compensation for the inconvenience caused.

2.Return Policy

Please carefully inspect the doll upon receipt.

We recommend recording an unboxing video, as it can help resolve any potential issues that may arise. If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and provide detailed photos or videos via email.support@sexylovedolls.com This will help us assist you more efficiently.

Doll has defects or damages upon receipt
- If you notice any defects or damages after receiving the doll, please contact us within 24 hours.
- Provide detailed photos or videos, and try to record the unboxing process to help us confirm the issue and assist you.
- Depending on the situation, we will arrange for a return, exchange, or compensation.
The doll’s appearance or function does not match expectations
- If you believe the doll received differs from what you ordered, please provide clear comparison photos or videos.
- We will verify the issue and offer a solution, including return or exchange.
Unable to track order status or shipping delay
- If you cannot track the status of your order, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number so we can assist you in tracking.
- If the delay is caused by the shipping company, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

3.Important Notes

Hygiene and Safety
To ensure safety and hygiene, adult products typically do not support returns. However, if returns are accepted, the doll must be unused and in brand-new condition.
Unauthorized Returns
Please do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
Custom Products
Custom and personalized dolls cannot be returned.
Damage Caused by the User
If the damage is caused by improper use or handling, we cannot offer an exchange or refund. Sex dolls are not indestructible, so proper care and maintenance are crucial to ensure their longevity.
Minor Imperfections
Minor imperfections are not considered damage and are not covered under our refund guarantee. Minor imperfections include skin blemishes, scratches, marks, dents, slight cuts, minor changes in skin surface, loose or missing nails/toenails, loose or missing eyelashes, and slight variations or inconsistencies in facial or body makeup. These imperfections can be repaired according to the recommendations from SexyLovedoll.
1.Fingers and Toenails – The nails on the doll may loosen during shipping or after you receive the package because we use light adhesive to ensure that the nails can be removed by the buyer. If the nails fall off, simply reattach them using our eyelash and nail glue.
2.Eyelashes – The doll’s face is equipped with protective eye masks (sponge-like material) to protect her eyes. Even if the eyelashes fall off, you can reattach them yourself using our eyelash and nail glue.
3.Minor Skin Imperfections and Surface Changes – Minor skin blemishes and surface changes caused by the manufacturing process (e.g., injection points, mold seams, scars on the top of the silicone head, etc.) are not considered defects and are not covered under our refund guarantee.
4.Minor Damage Caused by Courier/Shipping Companies – Minor damages, such as slight skin abrasions or neck bending, caused by shipping are easy to fix. SexyLoveDolls can provide assistance and repair tools. Customers should make reasonable repair attempts based on SexyLoveDolls’s advice.
Handmade Production
All the sex dolls here are handmade. Therefore, each doll is slightly different and may have subtle variations. You will receive photos of the doll before it is shipped from the factory. If there are significant differences in the details compared to your expectations, we will make corrections according to your request before the doll leaves the workshop.

1.The doll’s facial makeup, areola color, vaginal color, and other details may have slight variations due to differences in screen display or hand-applied makeup. These differences are acceptable. We have made every effort to replicate the makeup as shown in the photos, but a 100% match is not guaranteed.

2.Additionally, due to hand measurements, please allow for a small discrepancy of 1-3 cm.
Heating and Moaning Features
Some manufacturers do not offer this service. Therefore, we recommend purchasing a heating blanket instead of the heating option. Please ensure that the heating and moaning options are working properly when you receive your doll. If there are any disconnections during use, we do not provide this service.
Used doll
Due to the highly private nature of sex dolls as adult products, used dolls are not covered by warranty. However, we will provide repair advice to you whenever possible.
